Holocaust Remembrance

10:00-1:00 (ages 12-18)

Older Students: Join us for a reflective and meaningful learning session to deepen your
understanding of International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Together, we will explore the
historical context of the Holocaust by creating a detailed timeline
of key events, view powerful survivor testimonies that bring
personal stories to light, and participate in Wings of Hope, a
thoughtful activity to honor Tennessee survivors and liberators.
Wings of Hope is presented in cooperation with the Tennessee
Holocaust Commission. This session offers a contemplative and
vital opportunity to remember the past, reflect on its lessons, and
consider the importance of standing against hatred and
prejudice today. Note: This event is 3 hours.
