2024 Quilt Show

Our annual Stitches in Time Quilt Show will take place in-person at the Museum and Cultural Center at 5ive Points from Wednesday, April 10, 2024 – Saturday, April 13, 2024. This year’s event will feature workshops, lectures, Community Service sewing day, vendors, reception with bed turning and winner presentation, and more.

Hours:

• April 10, 2024 – 10AM to 5PM
• April 11, 2024 – 10AM to 8PM
• April 12, 2024 – 10AM to 5PM
• April 13, 2024 – 10AM to 3PM

Dates to Remember:

• March 26- March 30, 2024: Quilt Drop-Off at the Museum and Cultural Center
• Show Dates: April 10- April 13, 2024
• April 16- April 20, 2024: Quilt Pick-Up at the Museum and Cultural Center * winners will be invited to showcase exhibit their quilts until May

Wednesday, April 10:

11 am- “Use it All” No Waste Cutting and Sewing led by Connie Stowers

2 pm- “ How to Quilt your Quilt” Led by Mavis Reynolds

Thursday, April 11:

11 am- Trunk Show led by our featured Artist Margo Clabo

2 pm- History of Quilts presented by Jan Wass

6:30 pm- Quilt Show and Tell: A Bed Turning

Friday, April 12:

11 am- Demo Tools and Cutting led by Southern Accent

2 pm- Quilted Scrolls Class led by Jackie Cory

Saturday, April 13:

11:30- 1:30- Community Sew

1 pm- Kids Craft

2 pm- Awards Receptions
