American Quilts of the Past and Future

Event Details

Join us as we continue our celebration of quilting at the History Happy Hour featuring Teresa Rimer.  Teresa Rimer is the past regent of the Chief John Ross chapter of the National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution. She has been quilting for approximately 20 years and started a Quilt of Valor group in her DAR chapter. She loves sharing quilts she has made and those of her grandmothers, and how quilting relates to US history.   Enjoy a cocktail, view the winners of the Stitches in Time Quilt Show, and learn a little at the same time!
