A Museum Store Like No Other

With all the outdoor activities and attractions in the Appalachian-Ocoee Region of Southeast Tennessee, you would never think that Cleveland, Tennessee, would offer a gallery of fine hand-crafted items. But you can find them in the Museum Store at the Museum Center at 5ive Points in Cleveland. Not only does the Museum enrich the community by interpreting the region’s history through changing exhibits, but also promotes numerous regional artists who work in various mediums in the Museum Store.

Local Artists

The Museum Store carries works created by craft artists in Cleveland and a surrounding 250 miles radius right in the heart of the southern Appalachian Mountains. When you buy items from the Museum Store, you are purchasing one-of-a-kind works of art from recognized artists – many who have appeared in craft magazines across the country. Included in our inventory are items created by our featured artists: Dale Armstrong, David Goldhagen, Charlie Patricolo, Michael Lalone, and Kenneth and Kathleen Dalton. Their works range from beautiful hand-crafted jewelry to blown glass sculptures, ceramic pieces, wood turning, hand-woven baskets, and hand-made dolls.

When you buy a work of art from the Museum Store, you’re not just purchasing an object. You’re also taking home a piece of the Appalachian-Ocoee Region.

Books and CDs

The Museum Store also sells books on local history and memoirs that tell the tales of those who helped shape the Appalachian-Ocoee Region of Southeast Tennessee. We also sell CDs and DVDs by local musicians that bring the sounds of the Appalachian-Ocoee region to life.
